Bristol Pointe is a stunning enclave of 11 luxury homes on a single cul-de-sac street, Evergreen Dr, in southwest Avon Ohio. This subdivision is undeniably one of Avon’s most distinguished.

These homes were custom-built by Smitek Construction from 1988-2004. Several have since been updated.

Bristol Pointe homes are mainly colonial style, most of which are stately full brick-front. Homes range from 4,500-8,000+ square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 3.5–5.5 bathrooms.

Jungbluth Ditch, part of the French Creek watershed, meanders along the southwest end of the subdivision.

Bristol Pointe is located off the west side of Case Rd, just south of Detroit Rd. The entrance on Evergreen Dr is flanked on the left side by a stately brick signage surrounded by landscaping.

Evergreen Drive’s streetscape is enhanced by brick mailboxes, street trees, lantern-style streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

Note: Norfolk-Southern rail line runs just west of the development.

Bordering the community to the north is the property of Congregation of St Joseph’s, which contains an ornamental treefarm. An unutilized section of the parcel with elongated ponds extends along the northwest end of the development.

There’s also Avon’s Miller Nature Preserve, offering nature lovers hiking trails, a seasonal butterfly house, and a 5,000-square-foot conservatory featuring orchids and various plant specimens from around the world. There’s also a visitor center with a gift shop, café, event hall, and an outdoor patio that hosts weekly music events during summertime.
