About The Vineyards in Avon
The Vineyards in Avon Ohio, also called Vineyard Estates, is a community of roughly 150 high-end, semi-custom colonial homes. This subdivision was built exclusively by Ryan Homes between 2001 and 2010.
The Vineyards colonial homes range in size from 2,500–5,000 square feet, with 4–5 bedrooms and 2.5–5.5 bathrooms.
Being a production-built community, home elevations have a very similar aesthetic. Nearly every home has a stately full-brick front; others have vinyl facades.
Inside you will find contemporary amenities like crown moulding, hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with open staircases, formal living and dining rooms, private dens, two-story great rooms, large kitchens with granite countertops, walk-in closets, owner’s suites with vaulted or tray ceilings and glamour baths, and full finished basements with high ceilings.
Homes have 2-3 car attached garages, a number of which are side-entry for maximum curb appeal.
Homesites in The Vineyards are generously sized, ranging from .34 to .67 acres. Premium cul-de-sac, pond-view and wooded lots are available.
There are roughly 40 homes with truly private wooded backyards, but most homes have created privacy with planted pines or fences.
There are two entrances to The Vineyards: the main entrance of Vineyard Park off Nagel Road, and Napa Blvd off Schwartz Road.
Just south of the community on the other side of Nagel is a wine vineyard. Keeping with the vineyard motif, streets are aptly named: Concord Cir, Burgundy Cir, Vintage Cir, Rhine Cir, Sonoma Way, Tuscany Cir, Brandy Ct, and Streamview Dr. (sometimes spelled as Stream View Dr).
The Vineyards is connected to the neighboring community, The Village Of Creekside, via Streamview Dr.
There are curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street, so there’s plenty of pavement for biking, skating and walking the dog.
Homeowners’ Association (HOA) fees are approximately $350.00 annually.

The Vineyards, also called Vineyard Estates, sits along the southeast corner of Schwartz and Nagel roads, in the desirable section of Avon that borders Westlake. This is a quiet, residential area of single-family home subdivisions nestled amongst parks, golf courses and pastures.

The community is surrounded by golf courses: 5 min to Hilliard Lakes Golf Course, 7 min to Bob-o-Link, 8 min to Meadowood, and 10 min to Sweetbriar.
