Arbor Acres is a single-street community of 32 elegant luxury homes in central Avon Ohio with treed backyards and direct access to the adjacent Metropark. This subdivision is located off the east side of Center Rd, roughly a half-mile south of Detroit Rd.

Homes were custom-built between 1997 and 2003 by builders including Galik Building.

This aptly-named community also abuts a wooded parcel to the south and forested parkland/greenspace to the east.

Nature lovers will appreciate direct access to Miller Nature Preserve via Pin Oak Trail (dashed red line on above map), which is accessible from the end of Falcon Crest Ave. The trail meanders through forested parkland (designated in green on map above) and intersects additional trails.

The subdivision comprises the main entrance/street of Falcon Crest Ave (house numbers 35965-35998) and Vine St (an impasse).

The cross street of Arbor Dr adjoins the community to the north, Bentley Park.

All streets have lantern-style streetlights, street trees, curbs, and sidewalks.

Homeowners’ Association (HOA) fees at Arbor Acres are approximately $180 annually.
