Arbor Acres is a single-street community of 32 elegant luxury homes in Avon, Ohio with treed backyards and direct access to the adjacent Metropark.

This subdivision is located in central Avon, off the east side of Center Rd, roughly a half-mile south of Detroit Rd. It comprises Falcon Crest Ave (house numbers 35965-35998) and Vine St (an impasse/stub street).

Homes were custom-built between 1997 and 2003 by builders including Galik Building.

Arbor Acres’ colonial and 1.5-story homes range from 2,500–4,800 square feet with 4–5 bedrooms and 2.5–5 bathrooms.

There are a variety of elevations including stately full-brick and tasteful combinations of vinyl and stone or brick.

Homesites in Arbor Acres are approximately 100′ wide and range from 0.37 to 0.68 acres, most of which have treed or wooded backyards, attracting songbirds and offering privacy, lush natural beauty, and shade.

This aptly-named community also abuts a wooded parcel to the south and forested parkland/greenspace to the east.

Nature lovers will appreciate direct access to Miller Nature Preserve via Pin Oak Trail (dashed red line on above map), which is accessible from the end of Falcon Crest Ave. The trail meanders through forested parkland (designated in green on map above) and intersects additional trails.
