The subdivision of Bentley Park is located in the heart of Avon, Ohio, offering direct access to an elementary school and nature preserve, as well as proximity to I-90, shopping and dining.
With regal entrances, wooded backdrops, and six acres of protected nature reserve, Bentley Park is one of Avon’s most gorgeous communities.
Nature lovers will further appreciate direct access to Miller Nature Preserve via Pin Oak Trail (dashed red line off Bently Dr on map below). The trail meanders through the wooded parkland and intersects additional trails (read more about the park in the ‘Location’ section below).
Imagine your child attending a school located within your subdivision! Heritage South Elementary School is conveniently walkable through the community from Bentley Drive.
This development of roughly 300 homes was built exclusively by Pulte Homes between 2003-2020.


Bently Park offers colonial homes ranging from 2,200–4,200+ square feet, with 4–5 beds and 2.5–6 baths.
Bentley Park homes are built with desirable amenities including large windows, hardwood floors, two-story foyers, open concept floor plans, vaulted great rooms with a fireplace, and finished basements with theater rooms. Most homesites are 75′ wide and sized from 0.24 to 0.33 acres. These lots accommodate 2-car garages, mainly front-entry.
Larger homesites along the north end of Seton Dr and the southeast end of the development (off Jaycox Rd) are 100′ wide and measure between 0.35 to 0.71 acres. Garages accommodate 2-3 cars, many of which are side-entry.
Abutting nature preserves (green sections on above map) or greenspace (yellow parcels on map) may offer pond views or wooded backdrops.

There are 3 community entrances: the main entrance via Bentley Drive off 83/Center Rd; Seton Drive off Detroit Road; and Emory Drive off Jaycox Road.
Bentley Park encompasses the additional streets of Ithaca Dr, Mueller Dr, Upton Ct, Redwick Ct, Kettering Ct, Carlton Ct, Ellington Ct, and Saddle Creek down to the intersection at Emory Drive (which then becomes the community of Saddle Creek).
Bentley Park is also accessible through the adjoining community of Arbor Acres via Arbor Dr (to the southwest).
This community has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street so there’s plenty of pavement for biking, skating and walking the dog.
Other than the newest section along the north end of Seton Dr, which has a cluster box unit, post is delivered to double mailbox posts between every other driveway.
Homeowners’ Association (HOA) fees at Bentley Park are approximately $500 annually.
Bordering this subdivision to the northeast is Palmer Village.

Bentley Park is located in central Avon, south of Detroit Rd between Jaycox and Center Rd. Just ∼5 minutes from the I-90/Rt 83 interchange, residents enjoy easy commutes to downtown Cleveland or Lorain/Elyria.
In addition to the in-neighborhood elementary school, driving to Avon’s top-rated schools is a breeze: ∼5 mins to the Early Learning Center and East Elementary, and about 10 mins to the Middle School and High School.
There are many nearby opportunities for activity and enjoyment. Nestled along the southwest edge of the community is Miller Nature Preserve. It offers nature lovers hiking trails, a seasonal butterfly house, and a 5,000-square-foot conservatory featuring orchids and various plant specimens from around the world. There’s also a visitor center with a gift shop, café, event hall, and an outdoor patio that hosts weekly music events during summertime. Come winter, the community center hosts art, cooking and card-making classes.
You are 6 min from Avon Aquatic Facility & Park, which includes an Olympic-sized competitive lap pool with diving boards and a recreation pool with slides, interactive play structure, wading area, a sprayground, pavilion, and bathhouse. The adjacent 20-acre park features a spectacular playground with unique play structures, a storybook trail, history walk, fitness court, and walking trails.
