Woodbridge Estates is an upscale 15-home community in southeast Avon Ohio, custom-built between 2005 and 2010 by builders including Galik and Schafer.

Woodbridge Estates comprises only two streets: the entrance/main street of Potterstone Way, and the cul-de-sac street of Fieldcrest Cir. Both streets have curbs and sidewalks.

With no thru-traffic, the subdivision remains quiet.

Potterstone Way currently ends in a temporary cul-de-sac, which could be extended with future development opportunities.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Woodbridge are approximately $40/month.

Bordering the community to the west is Napa Estates.
