Woodbridge Estates is an upscale community of 15 custom-built homes in the southeast quadrant of Avon, Ohio.

This development is located off the north side of Schwartz Rd, a half-mile east of Nagel Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Potterstone Way and Fieldcrest Cir.

These impressive homes were custom-built between 2005-2010 by builders including Galik and Schafer.

First or second floor owner’s suites offer with walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, a tiled walk-in shower, jetted/soaking tub, and enclosed commode.

Finished basements offer even more living space and may include bars, theater rooms, and bathrooms.

Oversized side-load garages accommodate 2.5-3.5 cars.

Outdoor living is enjoyed on stamped concrete patios.

This family-friendly community allows playsets, trampolines and in-ground pools.

Generously sized lots are approximately 100′ wide and range from 0.34 to 0.80 acres.

Some homes along the perimeter of the community abut a treeline.

Several homes abut a 3.19-acre greenspace parcel (yellow area on above-illustrated map) with serene water views of a large fountained pond.

Heider Ditch crosses the north end of the subdivision. However, it does not impose any Special Flood Hazards or additional Flood Zones.

The entrance to Potterstone Way is identifiable by its charming covered wooden pedestrian bridge surrounded by lush landscaping.

Streets are lined by lantern-style streetlights, street trees, curbs and sidewalks.

Fieldcrest Cir ends in a permanent cul-de-sac.

Potterstone Way currently ends in a temporary cul-de-sac, which could be extended with future development opportunities.

With no through-traffic, the subdivision remains quiet.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Woodbridge Estates are approximately $800 annually.
