Woodbridge Estates is an upscale community of 15 homes in southeast quadrant of Avon, Ohio. This development is located off the north side of Schwartz Rd, a half-mile east of Nagel Rd, and comprises the streets of Potterstone Way and Fieldcrest Cir.

These homes were custom-built between 2005-2010 by builders including Galik and Schafer.
