Fieldstone Landings is an upscale new construction community of single-family luxury homes in eastern Avon, Ohio. This subdivision is located on the north side of Schwartz Rd between Nagel and Bradley Roads. It comprises the cul-de-sac street of Woodstone Ln and the stub street of Woodview Ln.

Homes were built beginning in 2023.

Builders include Drees Homes and Parkview Custom Homes.

Fieldstone Landings is currently in Phase 2 of development. Upon completion, the subdivision will include 42 homes.

Facades include Craftsman, modern farmhouse, and modern country manor styles with stone accents.

Drees Homes is offering six semi-customizable ranch and 2-story floorplans ranging from 2,700-3,900 square feet (excluding finished basements) with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5+ bathrooms.

Parkview Homes offered eleven fully customizable 2-story home plans ranging from 2,800-4,300 square feet (excluding finished basements) with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5+ bathrooms.

Fieldstone Landings homes offer enviable amenities like volume ceilings, oversized baseboards and casings, metal balusters, hardwood or LVP floors, gourmet kitchens, butler’s pantries, private dens, sunrooms, mud rooms, and open-concept living areas.

Sizeable first or second-floor owner’s suites have a walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom with dual sinks, a tiled walk-in shower with glass doors and/or a soaking tub.

Full finished basements offer additional space for recreation. Garages accommodate 3 cars.

Homesites measure 100′ wide and range from 0.35-0.42 acres. There are also a few larger lots up to 0.65 acres.

Lots are flat and fully cleared of old-growth trees, giving the community a very open feel.

The cross street of Gristmill Ave connects to Stone Wheel Estates (to the east).

The stub street of Woodview Ln may be extended with future development opportunities.

Bordering this development to the north is wooded land owned by a church. To the northwest is a cemetery.

Homeowners’ Association (HOA) fees at Fieldstone Landings are approximately $500 annually.
