Fairfield Estates a single-family home community located along the western edge of Avon, Ohio. This community of roughly 65 homes was built between 2005-2018.
This subdivision was built in two phases: RJ Perritt Homes built on Fairfield Dr and Greenfield Dr; followed by Ryan Homes, who developed the remaining lots on Fairfield Dr, as well as homes on French Creek Rd, Westfield Dr and Daegan Dr.
Both ranch and two-story colonial homes are available. Ranches range from 2,200 to 2,556 square feet, with 3–4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Colonials range from 2,300 to 4,800+ square feet with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–5 baths. Generous homesites range from .34 to .66 acres with wooded, pond-view or cul-de-sac lots.
