About Creekside in Broadview Heights
Creekside is a subdivision of roughly 60 homes nestled amongst wooded lots in Broadview Heights, Ohio. It is located one mile east of Broadview Rd off the south side of Wallings Rd, comprising the streets of Creekside Trce and Thackeray Ct.
Homes were custom-built by Petros Homes and Valore Builders from 1990-1999, with the final homes built in 2003 and 2019. Many homes have since been updated.
Facades feature traditional styling including Tudor, full brick, full vinyl, or combinations of stone/brick with vinyl or stucco.
Most homes are colonials, but there are also some cape cods and ranches. Homes range from 3,000 to 6,600 square feet, with 3–6 bedrooms and 2.5–6 bathrooms.
Inside are dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood floors, private dens, granite kitchens with breakfast bar seating and dinettes, vaulted/two-story great rooms with fireplaces, formal living and dining rooms, first floor laundry, first or second-floor owner’s suites with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual vanities/sinks and separate walk-in showers and tubs, and finished lower levels (some with coveted walk-outs) with home theaters, bars and exercise rooms. Each home features a 3-5 car side-entry garage. Backyards featuring custom patios and/or decks for outdoor enjoyment.
Generous 100′ wide homesites mainly range from 0.46 to 0.84 acres, but there are some larger lots up to 1.93 acres, and one home with 5+ acres.
Nearly every backyard is private and heavily wooded, providing a private backdrop for outdoor living, lush views, shade, and soothing birdsongs.
Premium lots include cul-de-sac, pond-view, and creekside.
A branch of Chippewa Creek, a direct tributary to the Cuyahoga River, runs along the eastern end of the community and across several lots along Creekside Trce. Living along Chippewa Creek provides a natural setting and presents opportunities for wildlife-viewing of pheasants, wild turkeys, owls, herons, deer, foxes, and beavers. View FEMA Flood Map.
The entrance to Creekside Trce features a long divided median with a landscaped island. Wooden 3-rail fencing and mature trees line each side of the street.
Creekside Trce and Thackeray Ct have street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Residences are served by the award-winning Brecksville-Broadview Heights School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Creekside are approximately $250 annually.

The luxury home community of Creekside is located in Broadview Heights, Ohio on the south side of Wallings Rd, a mile east of Broadview Rd.
With easy access to highways, you can get to just about anywhere you would need to go within 30 minutes or less. The community is ideally situated 0.6 miles west of I-77 and is accessible in just 2 minutes.
You are also conveniently located just 5 min from downtown Seven Hills and 7 min from downtown Broadview Heights for quick access to local dining and retail.
The city’s Rec Center is only 8 min south, which includes an indoor track, fitness & spinning room, pool, gymnasium, childcare, rentable rooms, skate park, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playground, and splash pad.
As for parks, Brecksville Reservation is only 8 min away. It is the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only 13 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
Golfers are only 9 min to Seneca, 10 min to Sleepy Hollow, and 11 min to Briarwood Golf Courses.
