Broadmoore Landings in Broadview Heights Ohio is a luxury home community located in the northeast corner near Brecksville’s border. The custom community is conveniently located off E. Mill Road, just south of the Wallings Road exit off Interstate 77. There are two separate entrances of E. Mill Road and neither entrances connect inside the community. One-off Sylmar Drive (which has a cul-de-sac at the end – Boulder Wood Drive) and a second entrance named Loripat Drive. This community has interstate access one-half mile away via I-77, downtown Cleveland is only 14 miles away and it’s easy to go south to Akron or hop on Interstate I-480 to go west to Cleveland Hopkins Airport or I-480 east to the eastern suburbs.
