Broadview Glen is a two-street community of 55 homes in western Broadview Heights, Ohio. It comprises the streets of Glengate Dr and Glenwood Cir, located off the north side of Royalwood Rd, 0.6 miles west of Broadview Rd.
Homes were built by Perry Homes (Troiano built) from 1993-1999.
Broadview Glen homes include ranch and two-story styles mainly ranging from 2,600-5,500 square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–4.5 bathrooms.
Facades are traditionally styled, many as full brick.
Inside you’ll find dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood floors, private dens and/or formal living rooms, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) that are open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, breakfast bar seating, pantry, dinette area, and even 3-season sunrooms. Finished basements include media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3.5 cars.
Backyards feature custom decks, stamped patios, firepits, and storage sheds. Numerous homes have swimming pools.
Homesites range from 0.46 to 0.96 acres, many with lightly treed or wooded backyards.
Glengate Dr and Glenwood Cir are enhanced by street trees, lantern-style streetlights, curbs, sidewalks, and cul-de-sacs.
It is not connected to another subdivision, so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Broadview Glen.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
Bordering this development to the north are Pine Crest and Pin Oak Condos. To the west is Michaels Landing.
