The Woods of Broadview Heights, Ohio is a single-street community of 21 homes off the north side of Akins Rd, roughly a half-mile west of Broadview Rd. It comprises Woodchip Ln and one home on Akins Rd (house number 1864).
These homes were built from 1999-2002.
Homes include two-story and ranch styles ranging from 3,000-4,900 square feet with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–5 bathrooms.

Side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Generous homesites range from 0.45 to 0.58 acres, some of which have private wooded backyards. Most homes abut a neighboring wooded parcel.
Woodchip Ln is not connected to another subdivision so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Woodchip Ln has street trees, curbs, a landscaped cul-de-sac island, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Woods of Broadview Heights.
To the northwest is Scottsdale cluster home community.

Location Details
The Woods of Broadview Heights is located in the southwest end of the city, off Akins Rd, roughly a half-mile west of Broadview Rd.
Highways are accessible in 9 min to I-77 and 12 min to I-80/Turnpike. The front of the community is roughly 0.5 miles north of I-80/Turnpike, so it may be subjected to interstate noise.
You are conveniently just 4 min from downtown Broadview Heights for quick access to local dining and retail.
The city’s Rec Center is only 3 min away, which includes an indoor track, fitness & spinning room, pool, gymnasium, childcare, rentable rooms, skate park, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playground, and splash pad.
As for parks, Brecksville Reservation is only 8 min east. It is the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. The Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation is 12 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is a 15 min drive, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
If you’re a golfer, it’s only 4 min to Seneca, 6 min to Briarwood, 8 min to Sleepy Hollow, 10 min to Valleaire and Ironwood, and 13 min to Pine Hills.
