As a single-street community that is not connected to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Michaels Ln has tree lawn saplings, lantern-style streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Michaels Landing are approximately $75 annually.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
Bordering this development to the east is Broadview Glen, and to the west is Canterbury Estates.
