Edgerton Commons is a quaint, single-street community of twelve homes in Broadview Heights, Ohio ideally located across the street from Briarwood Golf Club, off the north side of W Edgerton Rd, 0.9 miles west of Broadview Rd.
Homes were built by Petros Homes from 2020-2022.
They include ranch and two-story plans with first or second-floor owner’s suites that mainly range from 2,300 to 3,500+ square feet, with 3–4 bedrooms and 2.5–4 bathrooms.
Facades are styled as contemporary cottage or modern farmhouse with board and batten accents, partial stone, and vinyl or shake.
Amenities in Edgerton Commons homes include hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, soaring ceilings, great rooms with stone fireplaces, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, mudrooms, and first-floor laundry. Kitchens feature granite or Quartz countertops, oversized islands with breakfast bar seating, soft-close drawers and doors, walk-in pantries, and dinettes. Large second-floor owner’s suites have walk-in closets, and glamour baths with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) include 9′ ceilings, media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Homes feature custom patios and/or decks to extend living outdoors. Oversized side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Spacious, cleared homesites feature approximately 125′ frontage and are sized from 0.33 to 0.40 acres.
Directly north is an 8.25-acre forested parcel owned by the Cleveland Metropolitan Park District.
The entrance on Edgewood Court is flanked by common area parcels so that no home sit directly against the main road. On the right is a treed parcel with community signage, and to the left is a pond.
Edgewood Ct has a cul-de-sac, curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Mail is delivered to the cluster box unit at the cul-de-sac.
As a single-street community with only one entrance, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
The development is served by North Royalton City School District.
Directly west is the subdivision of Hidden Hollow.
Other nearby communities include Wiltshire (across the street) and Prell Retreat.

Edgerton Commons is located in western Broadview Heights, along the North Royalton border. It is off the north side of Edgerton Rd, west of Broadview Rd, and just south of I-80/Turnpike.
It is roughly 20 miles to downtown Cleveland, Medina and Akron. Access to I-77 is only 8 min away and I-80 is 13 min away, making this community ideal for commuting.
The north end of the community is located roughly 900′ south of I-80/Turnpike, so it may be subjected to interstate traffic noise.
You are conveniently located just 4 min from downtown Broadview Heights for quick access to local dining and retail.
The city’s Rec Center is only 4 min away, which includes an indoor track, fitness & spinning room, pool, gymnasium, childcare, rentable rooms, skate park, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playground, and splash pad.
As for parks, Brecksville Reservation is only 7 min away. It is the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only 15 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
Golfers are only 2 min to Briarwood (across the street), 5 min to Seneca, 6 min to Hinckley Hills, 7 min to Ironwood, 8 min to Valleaire, and 9 min to Sleepy Hollow Golf Courses.
