Braemar Farms is a single-street community of 35 newer homes with half-acre+ lots and adjacent parkland in southwest Broadview Heights, Ohio. The subdivision comprises Braemar Dr, located off the north side of Boston Rd, 0.8 miles west of Broadview Rd.

Homes were built exclusively by Petros Homes from 2018-2021.

The property was formerly a working farm established in 1870. Its rolling terrain adds to the appeal of this beautiful community.

This community is not connected to another subdivision so traffic is limited to residents and guests.

Braemar Dr has street trees, curbs, sidewalks on both sides of the street, and two cul-de-sacs with landscaping surrounded by brick pavers.

Mail is delivered to the cluster box unit near the cul-de-sacs.

Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Braemar Farms are approximately $500 annually.

Braemar Farms is bordered to the north and east by the development of MacIntosh Farms.
