Sutton Woods in Broadview Heights Ohio is a production-built community located off Mill Road, south of E. Wallings Road and west of I-77.
With access to I-77 only a mile away, this community is ideally located for commuting. While the proximity to the highway is convenient, it also means that the community is subjected to interstate traffic noise. The entrance is just 170 feet west of I-77; the westernmost homes are just .3 miles from the highway.
