Wiltshire is a golf course community comprised of 240 limited-maintenance single-family luxury homes in Broadview Heights, Ohio. Wiltshire homes are located within Briarwood Golf Course, which is on the south side of Edgerton Rd, 0.9 miles west of Broadview Rd. The subdivision encompasses the streets of Prestwick Dr, Clearview Ct, Dunbar Cir, Fairway Ln, Kensington Ct, Melrose Ln, Queensbury Pl, Regent Ct, St Andrews Ln, Stanford Pl, Stonehaven Ct, Turnberry Cross, and Wedgewood Cir.
Wiltshire homes were built between 2002 and 2017 built by Petros Homes.
Briarwood’s 18-hole, 72-par championship golf course has rolling terrain, creating a challenging but fair layout for golfers.
Wiltshire homes are available as cape cod and ranch, ranging from 1,500 to 4,900+ square feet, with 2–4 bedrooms and 2–5 bathrooms.
Facades are partial stone with vinyl, shake, or board and batten.
Amenities in Wiltshire homes include hardwood and ceramic flooring, dramatic two-story foyers, vaulted great rooms with fireplaces, formal dining rooms, private dens, sunrooms or butler’s pantry with wet bar, first-floor laundry, and second-floor lofts. Granite or Quartz kitchens feature islands, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantries, and dinettes. Large first-floor owner’s suites have walk-in closets, and granite glamour baths with walk-in showers and soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels include 9′ ceilings, media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Front-load garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Backyards extend living outdoors with paver or stamped patios surrounded by stacked stone pillars with pergolas or covered patios and/or decks, and outdoor fireplaces.
Homesites range from 0.20 to 0.28 acres. Premium lots include those around any of the seven ponds and or twelve cul-de-sacs.
Roughly 90 percent of the homes at Wiltshire have backyard access and views of the golf course.
Some homes abut HOA-owned common space (yellow areas on above map).
The southwest end of the development is adjacent to a forested parcel of parkland (darker green section on map above) owned by the Metroparks.
Wiltshire residents enjoy walking trails, a gorgeous outdoor fireplace gathering area, an outdoor community pool, clubhouse, and picnic pavilion.
The stunning entrance to Prestwick Dr is flanked by stacked stone pillars. In the center of the street is a long median with landscaping, stacked stone signage, and large dramatic cedar pergolas that run the length of the median.
There are sidewalks along one side of most streets.
Cul-de-sacs are enhanced with landscaped islands and brick pavers.
Post is conveniently delivered to individual mailboxes at the end of each driveway.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Wiltshire are approximately $185/month, which includes mowing, landscaping, mulching, and snow removal for both the driveway and walkway to your front steps.
Nearby communities include Edgerton Commons, Hidden Hollow, and Prell Retreat.

Wiltshire is a golf course community in southwestern Broadview Heights, located along the North Royalton border on the south side of Edgerton Rd, 0.9 miles west of Broadview Rd.
The community is roughly 20 miles to downtown Cleveland and downtown Akron. Access to I-77 is only 8 min away and I-80 is 13 min away, making this community ideal for commuting.
You are conveniently located just 4 min from downtown Broadview Heights for quick access to local dining and retail.
The city’s Rec Center is only 5 min away, which includes an indoor track, fitness & spinning room, pool, gymnasium, childcare, rentable rooms, skate park, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playground, and splash pad.
As for parks, Brecksville Reservation is only 7 min away. It is the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only 15 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
