Brookside Crossing in Broadview Heights Ohio is a single-street community of 11 homes on oversized lots. The subdivision encompasses all but five homes on Victoria Dr, located off the west side of Broadview Rd, a half-mile south of Wallings Rd.

The community of Brookside Crossing is located in northwestern Broadview Heights, Ohio along Victoria Dr, which is off the west side of Broadview Rd, a half-mile south of Wallings Rd.
With easy access to highways, you can get just about anywhere within 30 minutes or less. The community is ideally situated 1.8 miles west of I-77—far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in 6 min.
You are conveniently located 6 min from downtown Broadview Heights for quick access to local dining and retail.
The city’s Rec Center is an 8 min drive, which includes an indoor track, fitness & spinning room, pool, gymnasium, childcare, rentable rooms, skate park, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playground, and splash pad.
As for parks, West Creek Reservation in Parma is an 11 min drive for mountain bike trails, hiking and paved trails, and picnic pavilions. Brecksville Reservation is also 11 min away. It is the largest of the Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 18 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
