About Silver Ridge in Broadview Heights

Silver Ridge is a single-street community of 37 homes in Broadview Heights, Ohio, located 0.4 miles east of Avery Rd, off the south side of Harris Rd, comprising the street of Breckenridge Oval.

Homes were constructed by Ryan Homes from 2003-2004, many of which have since been updated.

These colonial homes mainly range from 2,100-3,500 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.

The homes of Silver Ridge are appointed with hardwood flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal living rooms/private dens and/or formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted) that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, pantry, dinette area or morning room, and even sunrooms. Second-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs and/or walk-in showers, and dual sink vanity. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with theater or media rooms, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2 cars.

Outdoor living is enhanced with composite decks and/or stamped patios, gazebos and fire pits.

Homesites are sized from 0.18 to 0.54 acres (average lot size is 0.25 acres), some of which boast wooded backyards, particularly along the southern end of the street. Many offer ravined backyards, allowing for walk-out lower levels and scenic views.

Directly south of the cul-de-sac is a 16.91-acre forested common area parcel (large yellow plot on above map).

Chippewa Creek, a direct tributary to the Cuyahoga River, meaders south of the community. Living near Chippewa Creek provides a serene, natural setting and presents opportunities for fishing and wildlife-viewing of pheasants, wild turkeys, owls, herons, deer, foxes, and beavers.
