Canterbury Estates in Broadview Heights Ohio is a single-street community of 31 homes comprising Chaucer Blvd, located off the north side of Royalwood Rd, 0.8 miles west of Broadview Rd.
Canterbury Estates homes were constructed from 1994-2006.
Homes include ranch and two-story styles ranging from 3,000-5,100 square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–5.5 bathrooms.
Inside you’ll find dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood floors, private dens and/or formal living rooms, formal dining rooms, fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) that are open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantries, and dinette area. Second-floor owner’s suites have vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, walk-in showers, and jetted/soaking tubs. Finished basements (some are coveted walkouts!) include media/theatre rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-5 cars. Backyards feature custom decks, stamped patios, and firepits.
Homesites mainly range from 0.46 to 0.50 acres. There are also two larger lots measuring 0.70 and 0.71 acres. Most have lightly treed backyards.

As a single-street community that is not connected to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

The community is ideally situated 2.4 miles west of I-77—far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in 7 minutes.
You are conveniently located 5 min from downtown Broadview Heights for quick access to local dining and retail.
The city’s Rec Center is 6 min away, which includes an indoor track, fitness & spinning room, pool, gymnasium, childcare, rentable rooms, skate park, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playground, and splash pad.
As for parks, Brecksville Reservation is only 10 min east. It is the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 16 minutes away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
