Bordeaux Crossings is an upcoming new construction community of 60 limited-maintenance townhomes located in Broadview Heights, Ohio at the northeast intersection of Boston and Broadview Roads, across the street from Michael Angelo’s Winery.
These townhomes are being built exclusively built by Petros Homes. They will include first and second floor owner’s suites, 3-4 bedrooms, and 3.5-4.5 bathrooms. Additional details are yet to be released.
Bordeaux Crossing’s first phase will include 28 lots along Bordeaux Blvd off Boston Road. The second phase will develop the remaining lots along a second street off Broadview Road.

At the northeast corner of the community is a 1.48-acre wooded conservation easement (yellow areas on map above). Homes near this wooded parcel benefit from a private backdrop, lush views, and soothing birdsong.
Landscape mounds with conifers screen the development from existing homes to the north and east—single-family homes of New Hampton.
A buffer of trees planted along the main roads offers privacy from passing traffic.
Sidewalks will line both sides of the street throughout the subdivision.
The development will include four parking pads totaling 18 parking spaces for visitors’ cars.
Stormwater flows into a retention basin along the eastern end of the community.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
