Bordeaux Crossings is a Petros Homes’ new construction community of 60 limited-maintenance two-story townhomes with full basements in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
This subdivision is located at the northeast intersection of Boston and Broadview Roads, across the street from Michael Angelo’s Winery. It comprises the residential streets of Bordeaux Blvd and Calistoga Ct.

These townhomes were built by Petros Homes beginning in 2024. Prices begin around the mid $550’s.
Bordeaux Crossing’s first phase is currently underway, which includes units along the south and east ends of Bordeaux Blvd. The second phase of townhouses will comprise the west end of Bordeaux Blvd and the cul-de-sac street of Calistoga Ct.
Petros Homes is offering seven customizable floorplans ranging from 1,619-2,215+ square feet (above-grade) with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5+ bathrooms.
The first floor of Bordeaux Crossings townhomes include LVP flooring, a front-entry foyer, garage-entry mud hall (most plans), laundry room or laundry closet, private den (some floorplans), and a spacious fireplaced great room (some are two-story) that opens to the kitchen featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and dining area. Some plans have an option for a sunroom.
First or second-floor owner’s suites include a walk-in closet and bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, fully tiled walk-in shower, and linen closet. A sitting area and vaulted/tray ceiling are options in some models.

Guest bedrooms also have walk-in closets.
Second floors may have lofts.
Full basements with 9′ ceilings! Lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) can be finished to include bars and bathrooms.

Lots measure approximately 32′-40′ wide and are sized from 0.08 to 0.12 acres.
A 1.48-acre wooded conservation easement along the northeast corner of the subdivision (striped section on illustrated map above) offers a private backdrop, lush views, and soothing birdsong to abutting townhomes.
Approximately six townhomes along the northeast corner of Bordeaux Blvd have views of a fountained pond.
There are two entrances to Bordeaux Crossings via Bordeaux Blvd from the north side of Boston Road, and Calistoga Ct from the east side of Broadview Rd. Entrances are ornamented by a landscaped bed with a stacked stone signage wall.
A landscape mound with staggered conifers borders the main roads, offering privacy from passing traffic.
The northwest and east ends of the development are also bordered by landscape mounds with plantings, providing a natural screen from the single-family homes of New Hampton.
Streets are enhanced with streetlights, curbs, sidewalks, and parking pads with 18 parking spaces for visitors’ cars.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Bordeaux Crossings are approximately $175 monthly, which includes lawn care and snow removal.
