About Bordeaux Crossings in Broadview Heights
Bordeaux Crossings is a new construction community of 60 limited-maintenance townhomes in Broadview Heights, Ohio, located at the northeast intersection of Boston and Broadview Roads, across the street from Michael Angelo’s Winery.
Fun fact: Along the west end of the site is an Ohio Historical Marker designating the site as the former homestead of Brecksville Township’s first settler. Read more.
Bordeaux Crossing’s first phase is currently underway, which includes units along the south end of Bordeaux Blvd, off the north side of Boston Road.
The second phase will add the cul-de-sac street of Calistoga Ct and an entrance off the east side of Broadview Rd.
Homes are being built exclusively by Petros Homes. Prices begin around the mid $550’s.
These 2-story townhomes will include 1,938-2,215+ square feet (excluding finished basements) with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5+ bathrooms.

The northwest and east ends of the development are also bordered by landscape mounds with plantings to provide a natural screen from the single-family homes of New Hampton.
Sidewalks will line both sides of the street throughout the subdivision.
The development will include four parking pads totaling 18 parking spaces for visitors’ cars.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Bordeaux Crossings are approximately $175 monthly, which includes lawn care and snow removal.
