Homestead Creek welcomes its residents with perhaps one of the most stunning entrances in the city. The entrance to Homestead Creek Dr is flanked by exquisitely landscaped, lantern-topped stacked stone walls and a divided median with stately stone signage surrounded by plantings and decorative saplings. Roughly a dozen mature pines and broadleaf trees line each side of the street, providing privacy at the community entrance.
Its winding streets are enhanced by street trees, lantern-style streetlights, charming white decorative street signs, eight cul-de-sacs, curbs, and sidewalks along both sides of the street so there is plenty of pavement to skate, bike or walk the dog.
Homes were constructed by builders including Dream Builders, KNL Custom Homes, and Petros Homes from 1991-2006.

The development of Homestead Creek is located in Broadview Heights, Ohio off the west side of Avery Rd, a half-mile north of Royalton Rd.
The community is ideally situated 1.2 miles west of I-77—far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in 6 minutes.
You are also conveniently located near downtown Broadview Heights for quick access to local dining and retail.
The city’s Rec Center is only 6 min south, which includes an indoor track, fitness & spinning room, pool, gymnasium, childcare, rentable rooms, skate park, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playground, and splash pad.
As for parks, Brecksville Reservation is only 8 min east. It is the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only 15 minutes away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
