Harris Park Homes For Sale
About Harris Park in Broadview Heights
Harris Park (aka Harris Park Subdivision or Harris Road Development) is a new construction community with 14 homesites in Broadview Heights, Ohio, located off the south side of Harris Rd, 0.9 miles east of Avery Rd, comprising the streets of Ridgewood Ln and Glen Hallow.
Harris Park lots became available in July 2022, where buyers may use their builder of choice!
Homes were constructed beginning in 2023. Builders include Diyanni Homes, Drees Homes, Keselman Construction Group, and Rinello Builders.

The 24-acre site has been divided into generously sized homesites ranging from 0.68 to 3.68 acres.
The five elongated lots at the south end of the community are the largest, with a minimum depth of 761 feet, boasting scenic heavily wooded backyards, attracting songbirds and offering privacy, views of nature, and shade for significantly cooler al fresco enjoyment on hot summer days.
Chippewa Creek, a direct tributary to the Cuyahoga River, and offshoot streams intersect the southern end of the community, offering rolling or ravined topography. Living near Chippewa Creek provides a serene, natural setting and presents opportunities for fishing and wildlife-viewing of pheasants, wild turkeys, owls, herons, deer, foxes, and beavers. View FEMA Flood Map.
An existing pond spans two lots at the south end of the development.
The forested 35 acres abutting Harris Park to the southeast along Chippewa Creek (green section on above map) will remain undeveloped. The land, owned by Parma-based land preservation group West Creek Conservancy, will be retained for conservation land.
The 27-acre parcel directly south of the community is vacant forested commercial land.
The entrance to Ridgewood Ln is flanked by street trees and elongated landscape beds extending 250′ with decorative grasses and arborvitae.
With only one entrance and no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
The streets of Ridgewood Ln and Glen Hallow are enhanced by lantern-style streetlights, curbs, and permanent cul-de-sacs with grassy islands. Sidewalks will be added as lots are developed.
Homes will be serviced by city water and sewer.
Post is delivered to the mailbox kiosk near the entrance.
Residences are served by the award-winning Brecksville-Broadview Heights Schools.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Harris Park are roughly $100 annually.
To the west is the subdivision of Silver Ridge.
