Forestbrook Estates is a community of 62 luxury homes near downtown Broadview Heights, Ohio. The subdivision encompasses the cul-de-sac streets of Ledgemont Dr and Silverbrook Ct, located off the north side of Royalton Rd/Route 82 between Avery and Broadview Roads.
Homes were built from 1999-2005 by Petros Homes and Capauno Homes.
Elegant facades are traditionally styled as full brick or partial brick/stone with vinyl or stucco.
Forestbrook Estates homes include colonials and a few ranches ranging from 2,400 to 5,600 square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 3–4.5 bathrooms.
