About Broadmoore Landings in Broadview Heights
Broadmoore Landings (often misspelled as Broadmoor or Broadmore) is a collection of roughly 42 custom-built luxury homes with wooded backyards in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
It comprises two detached subdivisions, both off Mill Rd. The northern section comprises 17 homes along the cul-de-sac street of Loripat Dr. The southern section is a two-street development of 24 homes upon Sylmar Dr and Boulder Wood Dr (sometimes spelled Boulderwood).
These homes were built from 1997-2005 by Prestige Homes.
Traditionally styled facades include full-brick, vinyl, stucco, or a combination of brick/stone with vinyl, shake and/or stucco.
Most homes are colonial, but there are also cape cods and a ranch.
Homes range from 3,000-7,400 square feet with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–5.5 bathrooms.
Inside, amenities include two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood or LVP floors, private dens, formal living and dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) that are open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, center islands, breakfast bars, and dinette areas. First floor laundry rooms. First or second floor owner’s suites have walk-in closets and large en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, walk-in showers, and soaking tubs. Second levels may have lofts. Finished basements (some are coveted walkouts!) can include media/theatre rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms. Side-entry garages accommodate 3-5 cars.
Generously-sized homesites are approximately 100′ wide and mainly range from 0.46 to 0.54 acres, but there are larger premium lots up to 2 acres, and one home on 6.25 acres.
Backyards are private and heavily wooded, with custom patios and/or decks to admire the park-like surroundings.
The entrance to each subdivision has landscaped beds and engraved masonry signage.
All three streets have street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Mail is conveniently delivered to individual mailboxes at the end of each driveway.
Loripat Dr has one cul-de-sac and Boulder Wood Dr has two. Boulder Wood Drive’s south cul-de-sac is encircled by a single residence (house number 7257).
Residences are served by the award-winning Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Broadmoore Landings are approximately $100 annually.
The south end of Boulder Wood Dr (house number 7257) abuts Hawks Cove.
The east end of the community backs to the established subdivision of Sunnydale Estates.

Broadmoore Landings is a luxury home community in northeast in Broadview Heights, Ohio near Brecksville’s border. It is located off Mill Road, south of E. Wallings Road and east of I-77.
With access to I-77 only a half-mile away, this community is ideally located for commuting.
🔊NOISE: While the proximity to the highway is convenient, it also means that the community may be subjected to interstate traffic noise. The entrance to Loripat Dr is roughly 240 feet east of I-77; the entrance of Slymar Dr is roughly 430 feet east of the interstate.
You are also conveniently located just 5 min from downtown Brecksville and 7 min from downtown Independence for quick access to local dining and retail.
As for parks, Brecksville Reservation is only 5 min away. It is the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only 13 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
The city’s Rec Center is only 9 min west, which includes an indoor track, fitness & spinning room, pool, gymnasium, childcare, rentable rooms, skate park, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playground, and splash pad.
Golfers will appreciate being 8 min to Sleepy Hollow, 11 min to Seneca, and 13 min to Briarwood Golf Courses.
