Wiltshire is a golf course community comprised of 240 limited-maintenance single-family luxury homes within Briarwood Golf Course, located in Broadview Heights, Ohio, off the south side of Edgerton Rd, 0.9 miles west of Broadview Rd.
The subdivision encompasses the streets of Prestwick Dr, Clearview Ct, Dunbar Cir, Fairway Ln, Kensington Ct, Melrose Ln, Queensbury Pl, Regent Ct, St Andrews Ln, Stanford Pl, Stonehaven Ct, Turnberry Cross, and Wedgewood Cir.
Briarwood’s 18-hole, 72-par championship golf course has rolling terrain, creating a challenging but fair layout for golfers.
Wiltshire homes were built between 2002 and 2017 built by Petros Homes.
Wiltshire homes are available as cape cod and ranch, ranging from 1,500 to 4,900+ square feet, with 2–4 bedrooms and 2–5 bathrooms.
Facades are partial stone with vinyl, shake, or board and batten.

Homesites range from 0.20 to 0.28 acres.
Premium lots include those around any of the seven ponds and or twelve cul-de-sacs.
Roughly 90 percent of the homes at Wiltshire have backyard access and views of the golf course.

The southwest end of the development is adjacent to a forested parcel of parkland (darker green section on map above) owned by the Metroparks.

Cul-de-sacs are enhanced with landscaped islands and brick pavers.
Post is conveniently delivered to individual mailboxes at the end of each driveway.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Wiltshire are approximately $185/month, which includes mowing, landscaping, mulching, and snow removal for both the driveway and walkway to your front steps.
