Halsted Village is a community of 43 single-family homes in southwest Avon, Ohio with direct walkability to Avon Middle School. This subdivision is located one mile south of Detroit Rd off the west side of Stoney Ridge Road (State Route 611), and comprises the streets of Countryside Ln, Halsted Ln, and Split Rail Ln.


This subdivision was built by Garland Griffith and Ryan Homes between 2009–2015.
These ranch and colonial homes range from 2,000-3,800 square feet with 3–4 bedrooms and 2.5–4 bathrooms.
