Fieldstone Landings is an upscale new construction community of single-family luxury homes in eastern Avon, Ohio, comprising the cul-de-sac street of Woodstone Ln, located on the north side of Schwartz Rd between Nagel and Bradley Roads.
This subdivision is being built by Drees Homes and Parkview Custom Homes.
Fieldstone Landings is currently in Phase 2 of development. Upon completion, the subdivision will include 42 homes.
