Camelot Estates is a community of 195 upscale single-family homes in southwest Avon, Ohio, located off the east side of Case Road, one mile south of Detroit Rd, nestled along the pastures of Willoway Nurseries and the 98-acre Veterans Memorial Park. This family-friendly subdivision boasts its own private pool and direct park access!


Camelot Estates homes were built from 1995-2005.
Traditionally-styled facades include designs with full vinyl, full brick, or brick accents.
Ranches range from 1,900-2,100 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 2–2.5 baths. There is one 5,000-square-foot ranch with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, which was designed and initially occupied by the builder. Colonial homes in Camelot Estates range from 2,100-4,500+ square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–4 bathrooms.
Camelot homes include LVP or hardwood flooring, 2-story foyers, large first-floor laundry rooms, formal dining rooms, private dens or flex rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some have vaulted ceilings) that open to kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, a center island, breakfast bars, walk-in pantry, and dining area. Owner’s suites (most are second floor) have walk-in closets and spa-like baths with tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels may have recreation rooms, bars and bathrooms. Front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards feature decks and/or custom stamped patios.
Generously sized homesites range from 0.34 to 0.68 acres. Lots may offer mature trees, wooded backdrops and/or a cul-de-sac location.
Much of the development’s perimeter is surrounded by a treeline, offering lush views and privacy.
Yellow parcels within the red border on the above map are HOA-owned common space.
The south side of the community abuts common space of Avalon Estates.
Residents of Camelot also appreciate direct access to Avon’s largest park via a connected paved trail off Stallion Court.

During the summer, enjoy the private community swim club with an adult pool, a children’s wading pool with fountains, a bath house and pavilion (located at 4525 Secretariat Ct).

There are two entrances to the community, both off Case Rd: Camelot Way and Derby Drive. The main entrance of Camelot Way has a split median with a landscaped island with community signage. Landscaped beds and white equestrian fencing flank both sides of the street and extend along Case Rd. A large fountained pond near the Derby Drive entrance welcomes owners home.
The property occupied by Camelot Estates was once an Arabian horse farm called Camelot Arabian Stud Farm. Keeping with the equestrian motif, streets are aptly named: Arabian Ct, Belmont Dr, Bridle Ct, Camelot Way, Churchill Dr, Derby Dr, Northfield Cir, Secretariat Ct, Stallion Ct, and Steeple Chase.
Arabian Ct, Bridle Ct, Northfield Cir, Secretariat Ct, and Stallion Ct have cul-de-sacs.
Belmont Dr is currently a dead-end street, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
This subdivision has streetlights, ornamental street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of its street.
Camelot Estates Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $505 annually. Fences and sheds are allowed.

Camelot Estates is located in the southwest corner of Avon, Ohio bordering North Ridgeville, off the east side of Case Road, one mile south of Detroit Rd
With close proximity to highways, commuting is easy: 7 minutes to I-90, 13 minutes to I-80/turnpike, and 20 minutes to I-480.
The community is also just minutes away from an abundance of retail and dining options! Sheffield’s retail sector is only 4 minutes west on Detroit Road. Just 12 minutes away is banking, shops & restaurants of Avon Commons: Costco, Heinen’s grocery, GNC, Target, Kohl’s, Walmart, Home Depot, World Market, Michael’s, Marshall’s, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, Famous Footwear, Panera, IHOP, Friday’s, Applebee’s. The sprawling open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure at Crocker Park is only 22 minutes away.
The community is connected by a paved trail to the neighboring Veterans Memorial Park, offering 98 acres for outdoor recreation including walking trails, ponds, ball fields/courts, a playground, restrooms, and two pavilions with picnic tables and grills. The park is also home to the annual Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival, meaning you can walk to the festivities!
For additional recreation, there’s also the French Creek YMCA, a state-of-the-art, 66,000+ square-foot facility featuring an eight-lane indoor pool, aerobics studio, family gym, sauna, whirlpool, wellness center and child-care center. A day at Lake Erie’s Huntington Beach is only 22 minutes away!
If you’re a golfer, there are a number of courses nearby: 9 min to Bob-O-Link Golf Course and 8 min to Valley of the Eagles Golf Club, 16 min to Hilliard Lakes, 17 min to Sweetbriar, and 14 min to Cherry Ridge Golf Course.
The area has also has several private clubs: 11 min to Red Tail Golf Club, 15 min to Avon Oaks Country Club, and 17 min to Lakewood Country Club.
There are plenty of options are far as entertainment. Catch a minor league baseball game at Avon’s Crushers Stadium, home of the Lake Erie Crushers. On rainy days, you’ll find indoor entertainment for the whole family at Main Event, offering state-of-the-art bowling; more than 110 of the hottest interactive and video games; multi-level laser tag; regulation billiards and relaxing shuffleboard; and a bar & restaurant.
Avon’s top-rated schools are all nearby: 7 min to Middle and High School, 10 min to Early Learning Center, and 15 min to Heritage Elementary and East Elementary.
