The entrance to Evergreen Drive is designated by a stately brick signage surrounded by landscaping.

Evergreen Drive is enhanced by brick mailboxes, street trees, lantern-style streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

🚂Note: Norfolk-Southern rail line runs just west of the development.

Bordering the community to the north is the property of Congregation of St Joseph’s, which contains an ornamental tree farm. An unutilized section of the parcel with elongated ponds extends along the northwest end of the development.
