Undeniably one of the city’s most distinguished, Bristol Pointe is a stunning single-street enclave of eleven luxury homes in southwest Avon, Ohio. This subdivision comprises the cul-de-sac street of Evergreen Dr, located off the west side of Case Rd, a half-mile south of Detroit Rd.

Bristol Pointe homes are mainly colonial style, most of which feature stately full brick facades.

Oversized guest bedrooms include walk-in closets. Second floors may have lofts/bonus rooms. Finished basements are complete with rec rooms with bars or kitchenettes. Side-entry garages enhance curb appeal and accommodate 3-4 cars. Several homes also have detached garages.

Homes sit upon oversized lots ranging from 0.43 to 0.95 acres with lightly treed to partly wooded private yards.
Jungbluth Ditch, part of the French Creek watershed, meanders along the southwest end of the subdivision.

The entrance to Evergreen Dr is designated by a stately brick signage surrounded by landscaping.
Evergreen Dr is enhanced by brick mailboxes, street trees, lantern-style streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
🚂Note: Norfolk-Southern rail line runs just west of the development.
Bordering the community to the north is the property of Congregation of St Joseph’s, which contains an ornamental treefarm. An unutilized section of the parcel with elongated ponds extends along the northwest end of the development.

Bristol Pointe is situated in the southwest corner of Avon, Ohio, along the border of Sheffield and North Ridgeville. The development is located off the west side of Case Rd, a half-mile south of Detroit Rd.

There’s also Avon’s Miller Nature Preserve, offering nature lovers hiking trails, a seasonal butterfly house, and a 5,000-square-foot conservatory featuring orchids and various plant specimens from around the world. There’s also a visitor center with a gift shop, café, event hall, and an outdoor patio that hosts weekly music events during summertime. Come winter, the community center hosts art, cooking and card-making classes.
If you’re a golfer, there are a number of courses nearby: 8 min to Valley of the Eagles Golf Club, 10 min to Bob-O-Link, 13 min to Cherry Ridge Golf Course, 15 min to Sweetbriar and Meadowood, and 16 min to Hilliard Lakes.
There are also a number of private clubs in the vicinity: 12 min to Red Tail Golf Club, 16 min to Avon Oaks Country Club, and 18 min to Lakewood Country Club.
If you desire a day at the beach, Huntington Reservation and Lakeview Park Beach are both only 20 mins away!
