About Arlington Place in Avon
Tucked in the southwest corner of Avon Ohio, Arlington Place is a charming community with abundant greenspace and neighboring parks.
It is located at the intersection of Case Rd & OH-254 W/Detroit Rd. Detroit Rd divides the community into north and south sections.
The section north of Detroit Rd include two cul-de-sacs off Moon Rd, Cresent Dr and Caistor Dr, and the main section off Moon and Detroit roads, which encompasses the streets of Addison Cir, Case Rd, Clayton Dr, Denton Dr, Princeton Cir, Miramar Dr, Shoreman Dr, and Weston Dr.
The development south of Detroit Rd is off Case Rd and encompasses two streets, Arlington Dr and Swinton Cir. The east side of this subdivision abuts parkland.
This community of approximately 240 homes was built by Oster Homes (now K. Hovnanian Homes) between 2005-2017.
Ranch-style homes range from 1,600-2,100 square feet, with 2–4 bedrooms and 2–2.5 bathrooms. Two-story colonials and plans range from 2,050-3,600+ square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–4 bathrooms.
Homes at Arlington Place offer amenities like hardwood floors, two-story foyers, vaulted great rooms, granite kitchens with islands and breakfast bars, dining nooks or morning rooms, formal dining rooms, owner’s suites (some are first-floor) with large bathrooms and walk-in closets, and full finished basements. Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Cleared homesites are sized from 0.18 to 0.57 acres, ranging from easily manageable to those that can accommodate gardens, playsets or trampolines, and sheds with room to spare.
Many homes abut HOA-owned greenspace (yellow areas on map above), offering wooded backdrops, meadow views, or pond views.

NOTE: For those concerned about visual encumbrance, noise, or health/safety, high-voltage (HV) steel transmission towers run east-west across the northern end of the development between Addison Cir and Princeton Cir. High-voltage (HV) steel transmission towers also run just beyond the northwest and southwest ends of the development.
Train tracks run beside the northwestern end of the community.
Streets have curbs and sidewalks.
Post is delivered to cluster box units.
This community allows sheds and fences.
Arlington Place Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $310 annually.
Bordering the northernmost end of the community is McIntosh Farms.
Other nearby Avon communities include Amberwood, Avondale, Camelot Estates, and Orchard Trail.

Arlington Place is located in southwest Avon Ohio, near the border of Sheffield, at the intersection of Case Rd & OH-254 W/Detroit Rd.
With close proximity to highways, commuting is easy: only 6 minutes to I-90, 12 minutes to I-80/Turnpike, and 20 minutes to I-480.
Arlington Place is also just moments away from abundant retail options! Sheffield’s retail sector is just 3 minutes west on Detroit Road. Ten minutes east are the banking, shops & restaurants of Avon Commons: Costco, Heinen’s grocery, GNC, Target, Kohl’s, Walmart, Home Depot, World Market, Michael’s, Marshall’s, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, Famous Footwear, Panera, IHOP, Friday’s, Applebee’s. The 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure at Crocker Park is only 15 minutes away.
Bordering the southeast end of this development is the 16-acre Eagle Point Park, which has a Cross-Country course, playground, and 4-acre fishing pond.
