About Arlington Place in Avon

Tucked in the southwest corner of Avon, Ohio, Arlington Place is a charming community of approximately 240 homes with abundant greenspace and neighboring parks.

This subdivision is located at the intersection of Case Rd & OH-254 W/Detroit Rd. Detroit Rd bisects the community into north and south sections.

The section north of Detroit Rd include two cul-de-sacs off Moon Rd, Cresent Dr and Caistor Dr, and the main section off Moon and Detroit roads, which encompasses the streets of Addison Cir, Case Rd, Clayton Dr, Denton Dr, Princeton Cir, Miramar Dr, Shoreman Dr, and Weston Dr.

The development south of Detroit Rd is off Case Rd and encompasses two streets, Arlington Dr and Swinton Cir. The east side of this subdivision abuts parkland.

This community was built by Oster Homes (now K. Hovnanian Homes) between 2005-2017.

Ranch-style homes range from 1,600-2,100 square feet, with 2–4 bedrooms and 2–2.5 bathrooms. Two-story plans range from 2,050-3,600+ square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–4 bathrooms.

Arlington Place homes include LVP or hardwood flooring, 2-story foyers, first or second-floor laundry rooms, formal dining rooms and/or private dens/flex rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some have 2-story ceilings) that open to kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, a center island, breakfast bars, walk-in pantry, and dining area/morning room. Owner’s suites (some are first floor) have walk-in closets and spa-like baths with tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels may have recreation rooms, bars and bathrooms. Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Cleared homesites are sized from 0.18 to 0.57 acres, ranging from easily manageable to those that can accommodate gardens, playsets or trampolines, and sheds with room to spare.

Many homes abut HOA-owned greenspace (yellow areas on map above), offering wooded backdrops, meadow views, or pond views.

⚡POWER LINES: For those concerned about visual encumbrance, noise, or health/safety, high-voltage (HV) steel transmission towers run east-west across the northern end of the development between Addison Cir and Princeton Cir. High-voltage (HV) steel transmission towers also run just beyond the northwest and southwest ends of the development.

Arlington Place is located near the border of Sheffield in southwest Avon, Ohio, at the intersection of Case Rd & OH-254 W/Detroit Rd.

With close proximity to highways, commuting is easy: only 6 minutes to I-90, 12 minutes to I-80/Turnpike, and 20 minutes to I-480.
