Amberwood has two entrances: Brookview Dr off French Creek Rd and Courseview Dr off Moon Rd. Each entrance is decorated by a landscaped median flanked by landscape beds with masonry signage.

Its streets are enhanced with street trees, sidewalks, curbs and lantern-style streetlights.

Unlike many newer communities with cluster box units, homes in Amberwood have their own mailbox at the end of the driveway. All mailboxes are of the same style and color, maintaining a cohesive streetscape.

Amberwood Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $575 annually.

Amberwood is connected to the neighboring subdivision of Avondale via Avondale Dr and Crosscreek Dr.

Amberwood is located in western Avon, Ohio, nestled in the southeast corner of Moon and French Creek Roads.

I-90 is 10 minutes north.
