Stone Wheel Estates is a single-street community in southeast Avon, Ohio with 47 custom and semi-custom homes located off the north side of Schwartz Rd, between Nagel and Bradley Roads.

These homes were built between 2008 and 2011 by Garland Griffin (now Garland) and Drees Homes.
Elevations feature a variety of styles including traditional full-brick, cottage farmhouse, and French country.
Stone Wheel Estates includes 2-story and ranch homes ranging from 2,400-4,900 square feet with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–5 bathrooms.
Inside, these homes include 9′ ceilings, LVP or hardwood flooring, decorative ceilings, 2-story foyers, large first-floor laundry rooms, formal dining rooms, private dens or flex rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some with vaulted ceilings) that open to kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, a center island, breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and dining area. Owner’s suites (most are second floor) have walk-in closets and spa-like bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels may have recreation rooms, bars and bathrooms. Front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Post is delivered to the cluster box units just south of Gristmill Ave.
The cross street of Gristmill Ave adjoins the neighborhood to the west, Fieldstone Landings.
Currently, the east side of the community abuts a forested parcel. However, if and when the stub street of Gristmill Ave is extended to the east, the woodlands may be cleared or reduced to a treeline.
Stone Wheel Estates Homeowners’ Association (HOA) fees are approximately $500 annually.
This community permits backyard fences, pools and sheds.

Bradley Nature Park in Westlake (5 min) is a 20-acre park on Bradley Road with a sledding hill, a tot playground, a pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a nature trail and restroom facilities. Bradley Woods Reservation (7 min), also in Westlake, has 828 acres of dense forests, 2+ miles of hiking trails, a fishing lake with surrounding walking path, picnic pavilion, greenspace, and monarch butterfly waystation. Avon’s Miller Nature Preserve (9 min) offers nature lovers hiking trails, a seasonal butterfly house, and a 5,000-square-foot conservatory featuring orchids and various plant specimens from around the world. There’s also a visitor center with a gift shop, café, event hall, and an outdoor patio that hosts weekly music events during summertime. Come winter, the community center hosts art, cooking and card-making classes.
