Palmer Village is a subdivision of 72 colonial homes in northeast Avon, Ohio, around the corner from Heritage Elementary and the extensive retail of Avon Commons. This community is located 0.1 miles west of Jaycox Rd, off the south side of OH-254/Detroit Rd, and comprises the streets of Covington Pl, Katlin Ct and Palmer Ln.
Homes were built exclusively by Ryan Homes between 2009-2019.
There are a variety of facades ranging from stately traditional full-brick to contemporary country farmhouses accented with stone/brick, a blend of textures and white trim.

There are two entrances to Palmer Village via Covington Pl and Palmer Ln. The main entrance of Palmer Ln is flanked on the left side by an elegant stacked stone signage wall surrounded by landscaping.
There are curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
With no connection to another community, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Post is delivered to the double mailbox posts between every few houses.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Palmer Village are roughly $500 annually.
This development allows sheds and pools.
The southern end of the community abuts Bentley Park.
