Norton Place is a subdivision of 29 colonial homes nestled next to a massive sunflower field and conveniently around the corner from Heritage Elementary and the retail of Avon Commons. This subdivision is located 0.4 miles north of Detroit Rd off the east side of Jaycox Rd, and comprises the streets of Norton Pl and Middleton Dr, as well as the house at 2041 Jaycox Rd.

This community was built exclusively by K. Hovnanian between 2017-2020.

K. Hovnanian offered 7 two-story floorplans from which to personalize.

Cottage farmhouse facades are accented with elegant stone, various vinyl siding profiles, white fascia trim, and windows with white trim, creating a homogeneous streetscape.
