Osage Lake Estates is a community of 40 custom-built single-family luxury homes with 2-acre lots and private lakefront properties in Sharon Township of Wadsworth, Ohio.
This subdivision is a half mile north of Reimer Rd, off the east side of Boneta Rd, and comprises the southern half of Osage Trl (house numbers 2211-2418), Darcy Dr, Katie Dr, Megan Pl, and one home at 7755 Boneta Rd.


Osage Lake Estates homes were built between 1996-2008, with the most recent home constructed in 2016.
These ranch and two-story floorplans range from 2,380-5,780 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms.
Interior features may include solid core doors, LVP or hardwood flooring, designated foyers, large first floor laundry rooms, mud halls, private dens and/or living rooms, formal dining rooms, sunrooms, and fireplaced great rooms with vaulted or two-story ceilings that open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island or peninsula, breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry, and dining area. First or second floor owner’s suites include trayed or vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers and/or soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Second floors may have lofts or bonus rooms. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may feature media rooms, bars and exercise rooms.
Homes have well water and septic systems.
Side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards feature composite decks and/or custom patios, fire pits, storage sheds, and even in-ground or above-ground pools.
Homesites measure approximately 200′ wide with a minimum of 70′ setbacks, providing sufficient distance from passing neighborhood traffic and adjacent homes.
Lots range from 2.0 to 6.5 acres.
The land cover of lots varies from lightly treed to partially or heavily wooded with old-growth trees.
Most homes along the north side of Osage Trl have waterfront access to the private Osage Lake for non-motorized watersports.
A stream flows through the southeast and southwest corners of the subdivision, offering rolling topography. Stream-adjacent properties may have riparian setbacks and/or protected wetlands.
As with most neighborhood streets in Sharon Township, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Mail is conveniently delivered to individual mailboxes.
Darcy Dr and Katie Dr end in a permanent cul-de-sac; Megan Pl has a temporary cul-de-sac, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
To the north, Osage Dr adjoins Blue Ridge Estates, which has its own entrance off Boneta Rd.
Sharon Heights borders Osage Lake Estates to the northeast.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District, along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
