Westwind Farms in Hinckley Ohio is a community of 15 homes custom-built from 2001-2012.

In addition to Westwind Trce, this subdivision also encompasses Trayfair Ct. Both streets have cul-de-sacs, but as with most Hinckley communities, no curbs or sidewalks.
With only one entrance and no connection to another community, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
It is bordered to the north by River Road Horse Farm and to the east by the subdivision of Timber Ridge.

Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. The Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation is 13 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 15 min away with 33,000-acres including the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
If you’re a golfer, this is a prime location with only 6 min to Hinckley Hills, 7 min to Ironwood and Valleaire, 5 min to St. Bernard Golf Club, 10 min to Pine Hills and Briarwood, and 12 min to Seneca Golf Courses.
