About The Reserve At Walden Pond in Hinckley
The Reserve At Walden Pond is a community of roughly 90 homes surrounded by greenspace in northwest Hinckley Ohio. Homes were constructed from 2006-2015, mostly by Pulte Homes, a production builder. The final lots were constructed by custom builders including Blossom Homes and Shumacher Builders.
Homes are mostly colonial and cape cod style, but there are a few ranches as well. They mainly range from 3,400-6,000+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5+ bathrooms.
Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, custom ceilings, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, crown moulding, guest/in-law suites, mudrooms, and first or second-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, formal living and dining rooms, private dens with built-ins, and great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to large kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and morning or sunroom. First or second-floor owner’s suites include a sitting area, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks or vanities, and an enclosed lavatory. Finished lower levels are complete with media/theater rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, and exercise rooms. Garages accommodate 3 cars and are side-entry for maximum curb appeal.
Homes are serviced with city sewer and water.
Homesites range from .55 to .84 acres.
The community offers 83 acres of HOA-owned common area/conservation land (yellow areas on above map), offering open meadow, pond and/or wooded views.
Flat topography and large meadows give the development a very open feel.
