About The Ledges of Stone Creek in Hinckley

The Ledges of Stone Creek is a new construction community of 16 luxury homes nestled on a single cul-de-sac street in the heart of Hinckley Township.

This subdivision was built by Legacy-Carrington builders, a collaborative project between Carrington Homes and Legacy Homes of Medina. Homes were built beginning in 2018. As of late 2023, several lots were yet undeveloped.

Facades are styled as contemporary cottage or modern farmhouse with a mixture of stone and Hardy board.

Homes are available as ranch, cape cod or colonial. They mainly range from 3,200-6,700+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.

Inside, homes are elegantly appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, custom beamed ceilings, hardwood and tile flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, mud halls with bench/coat cubby, private dens, formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to large kitchens featuring expansive quartz/granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, Amish-built custom cabinets, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and hearth room or sunroom. First-floor owner’s suites include tray ceilings, a sitting area, fireplace, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks or vanities, and an enclosed commode. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media/theater rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, and exercise rooms. Garages accommodate 3-5 cars.

Homes have city water and septic systems.

Outdoor living is enhanced with composite decks and/or custom patios, covered porches, and fire pits or fireplaces.

Homesites range from 2 to 4.3 acres. Lots have wooded backyards or back to a treeline and/or common area. The larger cul-de-sac lots are heavily wooded, offering ultimate privacy.

Community entrance on Ledgeview Drive

The entrance street of Ledgeview Dr is off the north side of Center Rd, between Stony Hill and Ridge roads. The entrance is flanked on either side by landscaped beds surrounded by stacked boulders.

As with most Hinckley developments, Ledgeview Dr has no curbs or sidewalks.

Being a single-street community with only one entrance, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

The Ledges of Stone Creek is bordered to the north and west by the greenspace of The Trails at Redwood Falls, providing a natural buffer between the two communities.

This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School. Hinckley Elementary is right around the corner (3 min drive).

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at The Ledges of Stone Creek are approximately $350 annually.

Other nearby subdivisions include Crystalbrooke and Kensington Place.
