These homes were constructed by Kimbal Hill Homes, a production builder, between 2000-2006.

These two-story homes range from 2,600-5,700 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-5.5 bathrooms.

The majority of homes have full brick facades.

Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood or LVP flooring, crown moulding, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens or flex rooms, and two-story great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to large kitchens featuring an abundance of granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and dinette area.

First or second-floor owner’s suites include a sitting area (some floorplans), a walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual sinks/vanities, and an enclosed commode.

Laundry rooms may be on the first or second floor.

Lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) may be finished to include media/theater rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, and exercise rooms.

Attached garages, most of which are front-entry, accommodate 2-3 cars.

Homes are serviced with city water and city sewer.

Outdoor living spaces include covered porches, custom decks and/or patios, and fire pits.

Lots measure approximately 70′ wide and range from 0.23 to 0.36 acres.

Cleared homesites offer open vistas. Privacy is achieved by fencing or plantings.

Homes are surrounded by an HOA-owned conservation easement or open space (yellow areas on map above).
