The Ledges of Stone Creek Homes

About The Ledges of Stone Creek in Hinckley
The Ledges of Stone Creek is a single-street community of 16 custom-built luxury homes with 2-acre+ lots in the heart of Hinckley Township, Ohio. The subdivision comprises Ledgeview Dr, located off the north side of Center Rd, 0.4 miles east of Stony Hill Rd.

Homes were custom-built beginning in 2018 by Legacy-Carrington, a collaborative project between Carrington Homes and Legacy Homes of Medina. As of late 2025, several lots were yet undeveloped.
Facades are styled as contemporary cottage or modern farmhouse with a mixture of stone and Hardy board.
Homes include ranch, 1.5-story and 2-story floorplans that mainly range from 3,200-6,700+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.
Inside, The Ledges of Stone Creek homes are elegantly appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, custom beamed ceilings, hardwood and tile flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, mud halls with bench/coat cubby, private dens, formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to large kitchens featuring expansive quartz/granite countertops, a tiled backsplash, breakfast bar, Amish-built custom cabinets, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and even a hearth room or sunroom. First-floor owner’s suites include tray ceilings, a sitting area, fireplace, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks or vanities, and an enclosed commode. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media/theater rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, and exercise rooms. Side-entry garages accommodate 3-5 cars.
Homes have county water and septic systems.
Outdoor living is enhanced with composite decks and/or custom patios, covered porches, and fire pits or fireplaces.
Homesites measure approximately 239′ wide x 365′ deep and are primarily sized at 2.0 acres. There are also a few larger lots up to 4.3 acres encircling the cul-de-sac.
Lots have varied land cover. Some lots have a treeline along the back property line; others have partially wooded backyards, or heavily wooded backyards and even side yards (particularly those around the cul-de-sac), offering ultimate privacy.
The north and west ends of the development abut greenspace belonging to The Trails at Redwood Falls, providing a natural buffer between the two communities.
Two lots (house numbers 1193 & 1261) have stormwater management basins.
Several small streams intersect this development, presenting scenic rolling landscape. Stream-adjacent properties may have riparian setbacks.

The entrance to Ledgeview Dr is flanked by landscape beds with boulders and a stacked stone signage wall.
Ledgeview Dr has a permanent cul-de-sac.
As with most Hinckley developments, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
With only one entrance and no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Mail is delivered to the cluster box unit near the community entrance.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School. Hinckley Elementary is right around the corner (3 min drive).
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at The Ledges of Stone Creek are approximately $350 annually.
In addition to the neighboring Trails at Redwood Falls, other nearby subdivisions include Crystalbrooke and Kensington Place.
