Kensington Place is an upscale community of 18 luxury homes in southwestern Hinckley, Ohio. This development is located at the southeast corner of Stony Hill and Center Roads (SR 303) and comprises the cul-de-sac streets of Nottinghill Dr and Edgehill Ct.


Homes were built from 2007-2022 by builders including J. E. Moran Builders, Legacy Homes of Medina, and Old World Classics.
Homes include cape cod, colonial or ranch styles that range from 3,600-6,900+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5.5 bathrooms.
Being that there were numerous builders in this development, homes vary in features. Common amenities include hardwood flooring, custom ceilings, open floorplans, mudrooms with built-ins, laundry rooms with utility tubs, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms with butler’s pantry, private dens, and two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to large kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and hearth room or sunroom. First-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commode. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Side-entry garages accommodate 3 cars.
This subdivision has public water and septic systems.
Outdoor living is enhanced with custom patios and/or decks, covered porches, fire pits or fireplaces, and even outdoor kitchens.
Homesites range from 2.0 to 2.76 acres. Most are cleared lots, achieving privacy with planted evergreens. A few lots around the Nottinghill Dr cul-de-sac have wooded backyards.

The entrance street of Nottinghill Dr is off the east side Stony Hill Rd, 0.1 miles south of Center Rd (OH-303). It is flanked by bluffs of mature trees, landscape beds, and a stone signage wall. An earth berm with evergreens borders the north and west ends of the community, providing privacy from the main roads.
Both Nottinghill Dr and Edgehill Ct have cul-de-sacs, but as with most Hinckley communities, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School. Hinckley Elementary is just a 3 min drive.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Kensington Place are approximately $225 annually.
It is bordered to the east by the established subdivision of Skyland Estates.
Comparable nearby subdivisions include Arborcrest Reserve, Crystalbrooke, The Ledges of Stone Creek, and The Trails at Redwood Falls.

Kensington Place is located in the southwestern quadrant of Hinckley, Ohio, at the southeast corner of Stony Hill Rd and Center Rd (SR 303).
Highways are accessible in 5 min to I-71, 7 min to I-271, 12 min to I-77, and 15 min to I-80/Turnpike.
The Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only a 5 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. The Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation is 13 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 18 min away with 33,000-acres including the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
This is a prime location for golfers with only 6 min to Pine Hills, 8 min to Valleaire, 9 min to Hinckley Hills and Ironwood, 13 min to Briarwood, and 14 min to Bunker Hill. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, St. Bernard Golf Club is 8 min and Weymouth Country Club is 12 min away.
