About Countryside Reserve in Hinckley
Countryside Reserve (also written as Country Side Reserve) is a single-street community of 21 custom-built luxury homes in Hinckley, Ohio, located off the west side of Stony Hill Rd, a half-mile south of Bellus Rd.


Homes were constructed by builders including Don-Pre and Stonecrest Homes between 1996-2004, with the final home built in 2014.
With finished basements, the square footage of these homes range from 4,200-9,100+ square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-6.5+ bathrooms. Styles include cape cod, colonial and ranch.
Being that there were several builders in this development, homes vary in features. Common amenities include ceramic or travertine tile, hardwood flooring, custom ceilings, open floorplans, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens, and two-story or vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to large kitchens featuringquartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar, pantry, dinette area and/or sunroom. First or second-floor owner’s suites include sitting areas, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Side-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars. A number of homes also have detached garages.
Countryside Reserve has well water and septic systems.
Outdoor living is enhanced with custom patios and/or composite decks, covered porches, gazebos, outdoor kitchens, fire pits or fireplaces, and even private in-ground pools.
Most homesites are sized at or slightly over 2 acres. There is also a 4-acre lot and a 6.7-acre lot.
Most lots have partially to fully wooded backyards, with some even offering wooded side yards for maximum privacy.

The entrance street to Country Brook Dr is flanked on the left side by a landscaped bed with a brick and masonry signage wall.
The first home is set back about 525 feet from the entrance so that no homes abut the main road.
In addition to Country Brook Dr, the community also includes the stub street of Don-Pre Ln.
As with most Hinckley developments, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Countryside Reserve.
This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School. Hinckley Elementary is a 3 min drive.
Other nearby subdivisions include Canterbury Farms, Stone Ridge, and Tamarind Meadows.

Countryside Reserve (also spelled as Country Side Reserve) is located in southwest Hinckley, Ohio, off the west side of Stony Hill Rd, a half-mile south of Bellus Rd.
Highways are accessible in 4 min to I-71, 6 min to I-271, 12 min to I-77, and 15 min to I-80/Turnpike.
The Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only a 5 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. The Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation is 13 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 20 min away with 33,000-acres including the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
Golfers are conveniently located only 7 min to Pine Hills, 8 min to Valleaire, 10 min to Hinckley Hills and Ironwood, 13 min to Bunker Hill, and 14 min to Briarwood. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 8 min to St. Bernard Golf Club and 11 min to Weymouth Country Club.
