The Highlands of Sharon is a new construction community of 50 homesites in Wadsworth, Ohio (Sharon Township), located 0.6 miles north of Reimer Rd, off the west side of Ridge Rd, comprising Tullamore Trl.
Highlands of Sharon homes were constructed beginning in 2023 by Modern Home Concepts (MHC).

Modern Home Concepts is offering several ranch and two-story floorplans from which to personalize.
Homes are sized from 2,200 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5+ bathrooms.

Second floors may have lofts or bonus rooms. Optional finished lower levels may feature media rooms, bars, exercise rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Side-entry garages accommodate 3 cars.
Homes are serviced by public water and sewer.
Backyards feature custom patios, covered living areas, and fire pits.
The site was previously used as cropland, offering level lots with open vistas. Strategically placed plantings can provide natural privacy from neighboring lots.
Phase 1 homesites are 85′ wide with 30′ setbacks, ranging from 0.33 to 0.76 acres.
Phase 2 will also offer larger lots measuring 125′ wide with 70′ setbacks, sized from 0.93 to 1.49 acres.
The entrance to Tullamore Trl is ornamented by a landscaped bed with a stacked stone signage wall.
Detention basins spanning several properties will collect rainwater and prevent flooding during heavy storms.
True to country living, the community is surrounded by farmland, including a farmstead with a barn and several silos directly south of the entrance.
As with most neighborhood streets in Sharon Township, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
During Phase 1, Tullamore Trl will have a temporary turnaround. A permanent cul-de-sac will be added with Phase 2.
Phase 2 will also include a street stub to the north, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
📶NOTE: There is an LTE cell tower directly behind lots 6 & 7 (south side of Tullamore Trl). The tower raises 237′ above ground level, for those concerned with visual encumbrance or property values.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Highlands of Sharon are approximately $750 annually.
