The 19 homes of Phase 1 along Graven Way and McHugh Ln were constructed between 2017-2024.
Phase 2, comprising three homes around the cul-de-sac of Crooked Stick Dr, began construction in 2022.
Builders include Arthur Rutenberg Homes c/o Zollinger Homes, Freedom Construction, Legacy Homes of Medina, and Windridge Homes.
