These homes were custom-built exclusively by Petros Homes mainly between 1999-2008, with the fifth and final phase of construction completed from 2018-2022.

In addition to Turning Leaf Trl, the development also encompasses the streets of Summer Wind Dr, Snow Blossom Ln, and Springside Oval—each with a landscaped cul-de-sac.

Access to highways is convenient with just 5 min to I-77, 10 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 12 min to I-271.
I-80/Turnpike runs just beyond the northeast end of this development. Although it is separated by mature trees and an earth berm, the community may be subjected to interstate noise pollution.
