Four Seasons of Brecksville, Ohio is a prestigious residential neighborhood of 112 luxury homes with oversized wooded lots. This subdivision is located in the southwest corner of the city, off the west side of Highland Drive, 0.3 miles north of Boston Rd, and comprises the streets of Turning Leaf Trl, Snow Blossom Ln, Springside Oval and Summer Wind Dr.


These homes were custom-built exclusively by Petros Homes mainly between 1999-2008, with the fifth and final phase of construction completed from 2018-2022.

🔊NOISE: I-80/Turnpike runs just beyond the northeast end of this development. Although it is separated by mature trees and an earth berm, the community may be subjected to interstate noise pollution.
