Four Seasons of Brecksville is a prestigious residential neighborhood of 112 luxury homes with oversized wooded lots located off Highland Drive in the southwest corner of the city. 

These homes were custom-built exclusively by Petros Homes mainly between 1999-2008, with the fifth and final phase of construction completed from 2018-2022.

Facades vary in style including stately manor homes, contemporary cottage, and modern farmhouse.

Homes range in size from 3,600-8,600 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-6.5+ bathrooms.

Four Seasons homes are elegantly appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, soaring custom ceilings, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, crown moulding, dramatic two-story foyers with curved staircases, two-story great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal living and dining rooms, wine bar or butler’s pantry, private dens with built-ins, guest/in-law suites, mudrooms with built-ins, and first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs. Large kitchens feature an abundance of granite or quartzite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, and dinette area, and hearth or morning room. First-floor owner’s suites include a sitting area, fireplace, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual vanities, makeup vanity, and enclosed lavatory. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media/theater rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and a staircase to garage. Homes offer 3 to 5 car attached side-entry garages for maximum curb appeal.

The entrance to Four Seasons is off the west side of Highland Dr via on Turning Leaf Trl. It is flanked on either side by exquisite landscaping with stacked stone wall signage. In the center of the street isa divided median with landscaping.

In addition to Turning Leaf Trl, the development also encompasses the streets of Summer Wind Dr, Snow Blossom Ln, and Springside Oval—each with a landscaped cul-de-sac.

Four Seasons’ streets are enhanced by curbs, street trees, and sidewalks so there’s plenty of pavement to skate, bike or walk the dog.

Matching black mailboxes and custom street signs add additional elegance to the streetscape.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Four Seasons of Brecksville are approximately $500 annually.

The Brecksville services this neighborhood–Broadview Heights City School District, which is consistently rated as one of the best school districts in the state.

Access to highways is convenient with just 5 min to I-77, 10 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 12 min to I-271.
