Rockledge Estates in Brecksville Ohio is an upscale residential subdivision of roughly 100 custom-built colonial homes amongst a parklike setting with wooded yards.
Builders include Crestmont Construction, Glen Smith Builders, Lustik, and Moshannon Homes. Most homes were constructed between 1987-1996, with the most recent homes built in 2003, 2006, and 2015. Many of the older homes have since been updated.
Facades feature stately full brick, partial brick, and Tudor styles with cedar siding.
Rockledge Estates homes range from 3,000-10,300+ square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-6.5 bathrooms.
Homes are elegantly appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, custom ceilings, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, crown moulding, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal living and dining rooms, private dens with built-ins, guest/in-law suites, sunrooms, and first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs. Large kitchens feature an abundance of granite or quartzite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, pantry, and dinette area. Homesites measure approximately 110′ wide and mainly range from 0.46 to 1 acre, with a few larger lots from 1.5 to 14 acres.

In addition to Rockledge Dr, this development also encompasses the streets of Forest Ln, Woodmill Cir, and homes on Timber Trl east of Thorntree Dr (house numbers 8432 and higher), each of which ends with a cul-de-sac.
Streets are enhanced by curbs, sidewalks and street trees.
Rockledge Estates is connected to the community to the north, The Timbers, via Timber Trl.
The southeast end of the community borders A Stones Throw and Eagles Point.
This neighborhood is served by the Brecksville–Broadview Heights City School District, which is consistently rated as one of the best school districts in the state.
