Rockledge Estates in Brecksville Ohio is a residential subdivision of roughly 100 colonial homes. Builders include Crestmont Construction, Glen Smith Builders, Lustik, and Moshannon Homes. Homes were mainly built between 1987-1996, with the most recent homes built in 2003, 2006, and 2015. Many of the older homes have since been updated.
Most facades are full brick, but there are also homes with partial brick/stone, tudor, or vinyl.
Rockledge Estates homes range from 3,000 to 10,300+ square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-6.5 bathrooms.
Homes are elegantly appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, custom ceilings, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, crown moulding, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal living and dining rooms, private dens with built-ins, guest/in-law suites, sunrooms, and first-floor laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs. Large kitchens feature an abundance of granite or quartzite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, pantry, and dinette area. Homesites mostly range from .41 to 1 acre, but there are some even larger lots from 1.5 acres up to 14 acres. There are curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street throughout the development. The abundance of mature trees lend way to an established park-like setting.
