Preston Village is an elegant enclave of 36 luxury homes cradled near the edge of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. In addition to its stunning residences, this subdivision is distinguished by its distinctive red-stained sidewalks. The entrance street of Preston Village Drive is flanked on the left by a landscaped bed with stately stacked stone signage and a backdrop of mature trees and pines. In the center of the street is a landscaped island that proudly displays the American flag as well as another stone sign.
Homes in Preston Village occupy the main street of Province Ln and two smaller cul-de-sac streets, Princess Ct and Maidstone Dr.
With only one entrance and no connection to another development, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
It is bordered to the south and west by residential subdivisions including Emerald Woods.
This neighborhood is serviced by the Brecksville–Broadview Heights City School District, which is consistently rated as one of the best school districts in the state.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Preston Village are approximately $900 annually.
