Emerald Woods is a community of 93 homes near the Metroparks and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Homes were built between 1991-1998.

Roomy owner’s suites offer walk-in closets and bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, and exercise rooms. Side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homesites are approximately 100′ wide and 200′ deep, ranging from 0.46 to 0.78 acres.
Backyards may be cleared, lightly treed or wooded.
Outdoor living is enhanced by custom patios and/or decks and even covered living areas or screened porches. A few homes even have their own private pool.
The entrance street of Cinnabar Dr is off the north side of Chippewa Rd, between Wiese Rd and Riverview Rd.
In addition to Cinnabar Dr, Emerald Woods comprises the streets of Crystal Creek Dr, Sunstone Dr, Woodstone Dr, and two homes on Chippewa Rd (house numbers 12107 & 12111). Neighborhood streets are improved with curbs, sidewalks, street trees, and cul-de-sacs.
With only one entrance and no connection to another development, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
The northernmost section of the community is bordered by residential subdivisions including Preston Village.
This neighborhood is served by the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District, which is consistently rated as one of the best school districts in the state.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Emerald Woods are approximately $125 annually. The neighborhood regularly hosts family-friendly events like food trucks and ice cream socials.

Access to highways is convenient with just 8 min to I-77, 12 min to I-271, 13 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-480.
