Hunting Valley (aka Hunting Valley Farms) in Brecksville Ohio is a gorgeous community of 28 luxury homes with wooded lots, walkable to the award-winning Brecksville–Broadview Heights City schools, and minutes from I-77.
This community was built from 1999-2004. The first phase of development included 22 homes built along Hunting Valley Ln by United Homes. The second phase of 6 homes was constructed on Harold Dr by JDF Development.
Facades in this development are mostly full-brick, with a number of homes also having full brick surround.
Homes are mostly colonial, but there are some cape cod and ranch styles as well. They range from 3,600 to 8,828 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-6 bathrooms.
Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, crown moulding, custom ceilings, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms and living rooms, private dens with built-ins, and first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs.
