About Hunting Valley in Brecksville
Hunting Valley (aka Hunting Valley Farms) in Brecksville Ohio is a gorgeous community of 28 luxury homes with wooded lots, a nature preserve, and walkable to the Brecksville–Broadview Heights school campus.
This community was built between 1999-2004. The first phase included 22 homes built along Hunting Valley Ln by United Homes. The second phase of 6 homes was constructed on Harold Dr by JDF Development.
Facades in this development are mostly full-brick, with a number of homes boasting full brick surround.
Most homes are colonial, but there are some cape cod and ranch styles as well. They range from 3,600-8,800 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-6 bathrooms.
Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, crown moulding, custom ceilings, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms and living rooms, private dens with built-ins, and first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bar4, and exercise rooms. Outdoor living oases include custom decks and/or patios, covered living ares, firepits, professional landscaping, and even private pools.
Generously-sized homesites measure approximately 110′ wide and 200’+ deep, ranging from 0.5 to 2.48 acres, with one lot measuring 5.36 acres.

The entrance to the main section of the community on Hunting Valley Ln is off Mill Rd. It is flanked on either side by landscaped beds and curved stacked stone walls with lantern-topped pillars.
Harold Dr is accessible through the neighboring development to the west, Sunnydale Estates, via Sunnydale Dr.
Streets are enhanced by curbs, sidewalks, street trees, and cul-de-sacs.
Homeowner’s Association fees (HOA) fees at Hunting Valley are approximately $500 annually.
The award winning Brecksville–Broadview Heights City School‘s High School and Middle School campus is right across the street so kids can walk to school!

Hunting Valley (aka Hunting Valley Farms) is located in northwestern Brecksville Ohio, along the border of Broadview Heights. It is located off the north side of Mill Rd, 0.8 miles west of Brecksville Rd.
