Crane Creek Park Brecksville Ohio

About Crane Creek Park in Brecksville

Crane Creek Park in Brecksville Ohio is a subdivision of 40 homes built mainly from 1992-1999, with the final two homes built in 2004 and 2007. Homes were constructed by builders including Almond Quality Homes, Cosmopolitan Homes, Petros Homes, and Scholz.

Homes in Crane Creek Park are available as ranch, cape cod, or colonials and range in size from 2,700 to 5,700+ square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5.5 bathrooms.

The elegant homes in the community are mostly traditionally styled full brick facades.

Being that there were numerous builders in this development, homes vary in features. Common amenities include open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, custom ceilings, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs. Large granite kitchens feature an oversized island, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites include walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Homes offer 2 to 3 car attached side-entry garages for maximum curb appeal.

All homesites in Crane Creek Park are wooded and range mainly from .46 to .76 acres, but there are some larger lots over 1 acre and one lot measuring 2.37 acres. Backyards are appointed with custom patios, porches and/or decks.

The development is shaped like an upside-down football goal post. The entrance to the community on Crane Creek Pkwy, off Oakes Rd, is a dead-end street. Thereafter are the curved cul-de-sac streets of Mallard Dr and Pin Tail Dr.

There are curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Crane Creek Park are approximately $150 annually.

This neighborhood is serviced by the Brecksville–Broadview Heights City School District, which is consistently rated as one of the best school districts in the state.
